HNL Corp RETURN and REFUND POLICY



Thank you for shopping with HNL Corp.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please CONTACT US to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form within 15 days of receiving the item(s). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return or exchange items from your order.

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 15 days from the day you received your item(s).

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective item.

Products on sale are non-returnable.



REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you about the status of your refund or exchange or store credit after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment) or initiate the shipment of the exchange item(s) or issue a store credit, depending on what you selected on the RMA form.
